Delete Account

You can delete your Lockidoo account and data at any time. You can start deletion in two ways.

Delete from the app

Steps:

Open Lockidoo and sign in to your account
Go to the Settings section
Tap Delete account and confirm

Delete by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by writing from your account email address to [email protected]. We process the request within 30 days at the latest, after verifying your identity.

Data that is deleted

When you delete your account, the following is removed:

Your email address and account details
Your hashed and masked phone number
Your trial and subscription profile

Data we keep

We may need to keep some information, such as purchase records, for a period as required by law. It is deleted at the end of that period. You also need to cancel any active subscription separately through Google Play.
