Privacy Policy

We collect the following data from the parent who creates the account:

• Email address (account sign in)
• Google account identity (when you sign in with Google)
• Hashed phone number (to prevent repeated trial abuse with the same number)
• Masked phone number (to show in the account view)
• Subscription and purchase status
• Trial usage and subscription profile
• Device language preference

Lockidoo uses the display-over-other-apps and accessibility permissions to run the lock. The accessibility service only blocks taps and swipes while the lock is on. It does not read screen content, does not store it and does not use it for commercial profiling.

We use your data to create and manage your account, grant subscription and trial access, prevent repeated trial abuse with the same phone number and manage the app's access control. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

The app uses the following third party services:

• Firebase Authentication (account sign in)
• Sign in with Google (authentication)
• Firebase phone verification (to prevent trial abuse)
• Cloud Firestore (account and subscription data)
• RevenueCat (subscription and purchase management)

Lockidoo shows no ads. The app uses no ad network and no advertising id.

Your account and subscription data is stored on Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore and may be processed on Google's servers, which can be located outside your country. The parent code and some local preferences are kept on your device. We keep your data only as long as it is needed to provide the service.

Lockidoo is a parental control tool for families. The person who creates the account and manages the app is the parent. We do not collect personal data from children, and the lock feature does not read the child's screen content.

We design the app to comply with the Google Play Families policy. No personalized ads are shown, and no data from children is ever used for behavioral advertising. If you become aware that a child provided us data, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

You can access, correct or delete the data tied to your account. You can delete your account from the app or by writing to us. See the Delete Account page for details. GDPR rights apply for EU users and KVKK rights for Türkiye.
