How does the lock work?
Open a video or app for your child, then lock the screen with one touch. While the lock is on, taps and swipes do nothing. Only the parent code you set unlocks the screen.
Why does it need overlay and accessibility permissions?
The overlay permission draws the lock screen and the accessibility permission blocks taps. Both work only while the lock is on and do not read screen content.
Can the app see what my child does?
No. The accessibility service does not read screen content, does not store it and does not share it with anyone. It only blocks taps while the lock is on.
How do the free trial and subscription work?
You start with a 7-day free trial. After the trial you continue with a monthly or yearly subscription. You manage and cancel subscriptions through Google Play.
Which devices does it work on?
Lockidoo runs on Android phones and tablets. There is no iOS version.
